Author Guidelines

Manuscripts submitted to this journal must adhere to the following strictly academic standards to ensure rigorous double-blind peer review and high-quality dissemination within the open-access framework.

1. Submission Overview and Open Access Policy
All articles are published under a Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0 license, ensuring that while authors retain copyright, the content is free to download, distribute, and adapt with appropriate attribution. Submissions must be original work not previously published or under simultaneous consideration elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Preparation
Language and Style: Manuscripts must be written in high-level academic English (American or British style is acceptable if applied consistently).
Formatting: Documents should be submitted in editable format (e.g., docx, odt, tex files). Use a standard 12-point font (e.g., Times New Roman) and 2.5 cm margins. The entire document must be double-spaced and include consecutive page and line numbers to facilitate the review process.
Title: The title should be a concise statement of the main result or conclusion. Avoid vague phrasing such as "Preliminary study on," "Effect of," or "Link between," and do not use abbreviations.
Abstract: A single paragraph that should summarize the objective, methods, results, and conclusion without citing references or figures.
Keywords: Provide 5 to 8 keywords that combine generic and specific terms to optimize search engine discoverability.

3. Manuscript Structure
Ensure the text body adheres to specific word counts (see below for details depending on the type of submission). Word counts should be indicated on the first page. Manuscripts should generally be organized into the following sections:
Introduction: Succinctly define the research problem without subheadings.
Objectives: State the specific research questions or the primary hypothesis. Define the exact boundaries of what the study intends to prove or accomplish.
Methods:
Provide sufficient detail to allow replication. This section must include an ethics approval statement for studies involving human or animal subjects.
Results: Clearly present findings; footnotes are not permitted and should be integrated into the text.
Discussion: Interpret findings in the context of prior research, address limitations, and postulate future research directions.
Conclusions: Summarize the most critical findings without repeating raw data. Explain the broader implications of the work and its contribution to the field.
Acknowledgements: Recognize specific institutional or individual contributions. Use of Generative AI must be explicitly disclosed here, including the model and source.

4. Ethical Standards and Disclosures
Human Subjects: Authors must confirm research follows the Declaration of Helsinki. The name and location of the approving Institutional Review Board (IRB) and confirmation of informed consent are mandatory.
Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their professional judgment.
Inclusive Language: Use bias-free, respectful language. Avoid identifying personal attributes (age, gender, disability) unless they are critically relevant to the research.

5. Figures, Tables, and Accessibility
Technical Specifications: Figures must be high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) in TIFF, EPS, or JPEG formats. Tables must be submitted in an editable format.
Accessibility: To support inclusive science, authors are encouraged to provide Alternative Text (alt text) for all images and ensure high color contrast for visual elements.
Permissions: Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reuse any copyrighted material.

6. References
References must be grounded in peer-reviewed academic literature. The journal utilizes the APA7 style. Include the DOI for all references where available. Verify all citations; citing retracted articles is strongly discouraged and requires explicit justification if necessary.

7. Disclosures

Conflict of Interest Disclosure
A conflict of interest is defined as any situation where professional judgment concerning a primary interest, such as the welfare of research subjects or the validity of the research, may be influenced by a secondary interest, such as financial gain or personal rivalry. Authors are required to provide a full disclosure of financial interests or any other potential conflicts at the time of submission. It is the specific responsibility of the lead or first author to communicate any possible conflicts for all contributing authors to the journal. While a conflict of interest does not necessarily preclude a manuscript from being published, the journal's editors and readers are entitled to know that such interests exist.

Template for Disclosure Statement:
"The authors declare that the research was conducted in the absence of any commercial or financial relationships that could be construed as a potential conflict of interest. [OR] The following financial interests or personal relationships are disclosed: [List specific interests/relationships]."

Ethics Approval and Informed Consent Statement
For all original research articles involving human subjects, authors must confirm that the study adhered to the tenets of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki on Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects. A formal statement regarding ethical oversight must be included within the Materials and Methods section of the manuscript. This statement must explicitly identify the name and location of the approving Institutional Review Board (IRB) or ethics committee. Furthermore, authors must state that informed consent was obtained from all subjects participating in the study. For experiments involving animal subjects, an equivalent ethics approval statement detailing adherence to relevant bioethics policies is mandatory.

Template for Ethics Statement:
"This study was approved by the [Name of Institutional Review Board/Ethics Committee] at [Location/Institution]. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards."

Disclosure of Generative AI and Related Technologies
In alignment with modern academic integrity standards, the use of generative AI technologies (such as Large Language Models like ChatGPT or text-to-image generators like Midjourney) must be transparently disclosed. AI technologies do not meet the criteria for authorship and must not be listed as co-authors, as they cannot be held accountable for the manuscript’s content. If such tools were utilized for writing or editing, the author remains responsible for the factual accuracy of all content, including quotes, citations, and data representation. Any use of AI must be detailed in the Acknowledgements and, if applicable, the Methods section, specifying the name, version, model, and source of the technology used.

Template for AI Disclosure:
"The authors acknowledge the use of [AI Model Name, Version, and Source] for [Specific Task, e.g., language editing or data visualization]. The authors testify that they have verified the accuracy and integrity of the output provided by the AI and take full responsibility for the final content of the manuscript."
